These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Rumidia LLC (“Rumidia,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Rumidia provides services including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered receptionist systems

  • Call handling and SMS automation

  • Website development

  • Digital marketing and paid advertising management

  • Lead generation and automation services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Maintain lawful business operations

  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws

  • Obtain any required customer consents for communications

Rumidia is not responsible for client misuse of services.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Services may be billed monthly or as agreed in writing.

  • Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. SMS & Communication Compliance

Clients using SMS or automated calling services are responsible for ensuring compliance with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and other applicable regulations.

Rumidia does not sell SMS consent data.

Message and data rates may apply to end users.

5. Call Recording

AI receptionist calls may be recorded for quality assurance and compliance purposes. Clients are responsible for complying with applicable call recording disclosure laws in their jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary systems, AI workflows, scripts, and automation structures developed by Rumidia remain the intellectual property of Rumidia unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their logos, branding, and original business content.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rumidia shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Client misuse of services

  • Third-party platform outages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • Services are used unlawfully

  • There is abuse of platform systems

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Rumidia harmless from claims arising out of:

  • Misuse of services

  • Regulatory violations

  • Client-provided content

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
